Transforming Data

KIK-V stands for “Improving Core Data in the Care Chain.” It is a set of guidelines for VVT care organizations that standardizes data exchange with entities such as the Dutch Healthcare Institute (Zorginstituut Nederland), care administration offices, and the Dutch Healthcare Authority (NZa). The goal is to reduce the administrative burden and ensure more reliable data.

The SureSync Data Station supports integrations via standard KIK-V endpoints and other APIs. If a system does not have a standard integration, our integration specialists will build a custom connector. Manual file upload is also available as a temporary solution.

Implementation will take place in three phases: analysis and integration, validation of the data mapping, and end-to-end testing, followed by go-live. The timeline depends on the number of source systems to be integrated and the availability of data.

Your data is stored temporarily and securely in the data station and is accessible only to authorized users within your own organization. All data exchanges are recorded in a complete audit trail.
