Edition 1 — The State of Data Sharing (Winter 2025)
Baseline assessment of data exchange maturity in the Netherlands. Found that only 6% of organizations exchange data in a fully professionalized manner, while 29% have no timeline for automating their data sharing. One-third of organizations do not monitor how employees exchange data, and a similar proportion say convenience outweighs security when sharing information.
Edition 2 — European Data Legislation (2025)
Focuses on organizational readiness for the EU Data Act and European Data Governance Act. Reveals that 40% of leaders are not familiar with either law. Despite this, around three-quarters of organizations expect to comply on time. Key challenge: translating broadly written regulations into organization-specific requirements. Edition 3 — Healthcare Data Exchange (2025)
Examines how healthcare organizations respond to Wegiz and EHDS requirements, based on a subsample of 94 leaders working with medical data. Only 38% know Wegiz and EHDS well enough to act. Over 80% have conducted some form of impact analysis. Implementation responsibility sits primarily with IT (52%) and legal departments.
